The Justice Department at Takla Nation is committed to supporting community safety, fairness, and healing through culturally grounded and community-centered approaches to justice.

Our goal is to help Takla members navigate the justice system with dignity and support, while promoting restorative and preventative solutions that reflect our Nation’s values.

We assist with a range of services, including:

• Record Suspensions (Pardons)

• Referrals to legal and restorative programs

• Community justice programming

• Workshops, information sessions, and outreach

We also coordinate visits from legal professionals and justice advocates to bring resources directly to the community.
